Biscuits generally referred to as hard cookies or crackers are also manufactured at our bakery. These biscuits are generally small soft, yeast-based products served in between meals as a snack or even with breakfast or tea.

Our puffs are golden, light and consist of flaky delicious layer after layer, we achieve this by rolling out and folding the dough repeatedly. These "puffs" when baked get their layers separated because of the moisture in the butter, which creates steam between the layers, causing them to separate.




We mainly manufacture two varieties; one of these is a coconut stuffed variety.
