Parijatha foods Pvt. Ltd. is a Semi Automated Bakery that operates out of Bangalore , India . The bakery was established in 2002 to take advantage of its immense industry exposure and vertical experience it had in the fields of baking, milling and flour production.

Having first established ourselves 78 years back as flour millers, we started the bakery as a test facility point for our flour mills. The various test conducted under supervision of stringent quality processes ensure superior product and consistent quality through out the year.  This gave us a turn around time of less then 24 hrs for quality control management before we delivered our flour to the market. This unique experiment was the first of its kind in India and has led us to tremendous growth in various areas of the milling and baking Industry.

Currently our bakery employs over 150 staff members in various fields, including logistics and quality control management. Our bakery is spread over a built up area of over 2600 sq. ft. containing various departments from management, testing and production to logistics, marketing, accounts and delivery units. The bakery commands an impressive fleet of delivery vehicles, state of the art machinery, employs the latest technology available in the field of baking and has a stringent Quality policy in place. This allows for it to handle or ramp up to large orders within a matter of hours.

Our first month turnover is now achieved in a matter of hours at present.  Not only has our experiment been an entrepreneur's success story, it has also carved out a niche market for itself within Bangalore ,
